It is expected that in 2020, the whole society will consume 6.8 to 7.2 trillion KWH of electricity, with an average annual growth of 3.6 to 4.8%. The installed power generation capacity will reach 2 billion kw, with an average annual growth of 5.5%.The per capita installed capacity has exceeded 1.4 kilowatts, and the per capita electricity consumption is about 5,000 KWH, close to the level of medium-sized developed countries.The electrification level of urban and rural areas has been significantly improved, and the proportion of electric energy in terminal energy consumption has reached 27%.
According to the requirement that the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption should reach about 15%, by 2020, the installed power generation capacity of non-fossil energy will reach about 770 million kw, an increase of about 250 million kw over 2015, accounting for about 39%, an increase of 4 percentage points, and the proportion of power generation will increase to 31%.The installed capacity of gas and electricity will increase by 50 million kilowatts to more than 110 million kilowatts, accounting for more than 5% of the total.The installed capacity of coal power plant is controlled within 1.1 billion kilowatts, accounting for about 55%.The power structure is further optimized.
Plan outbound channels to enhance resource allocation.We will rationally distribute power transmission from energy-rich areas to other regions, and build a "west-east power transmission" transmission channel for ultra-high voltage power transmission and conventional power transmission technologies, with an additional capacity of 130 million kilowatts, or about 270 million kilowatts.We will optimize the structure of the power grid and improve the security of the system.
